    • UK Mainland: 2-5 business days

    • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands: 3-7 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

4. Free Shipping:

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £50 within the UK mainland.

5. International Shipping:

Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Eligibility:
Items eligable for return must be either damaged in transit, or must be applied for within 14 days of the day the item was shipped.
1.2 Process:
Contact our customer support team at theomtehall@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Our team will guide you on the next steps, including the return address and any additional information required.
Pack the item securely, include the original invoice or proof of purchase, and send it to the provided address.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
1.3 Return Shipping:
